Delivery:
Track your order by clicking on 'My Account'. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been received by us, e-mail informing you when the order has been completed and dispatched. Orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel.

Provided the item is in stock, you should receive your order within 2/4 days.
Items are sent Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery.

IRELAND / EU
Postage and packing £10.00. (* See note below.) Allow up to 8 working days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL & NON EU
Post & packing £15.00. We are happy to mail order abroad, if paying by credit card. Items will be sent International Recorded Delivery, or if large - by courier. Allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt. (* See note below).

*PLEASE NOTE - Where the goods are heavy, or the order particularly large, a surcharge may be necessary to cover standard postage rates. We will e-mail you to inform you of the amount before processing the order. As prices may vary slightly from country to country, you will be shown an accurate shipping price once you are in the process of placing your order.

Guarantee and Returns:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you, within 14 days of your receipt - providing the garments are unworn, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. (NB - Postage costs are not refunded) This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items returned after 14 days will be issued with a Credit Note - or can be exchanged.

Items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged after 28 days.

If the goods have been damaged in Transit, and you notify us within 3 days of the receipt and the goods being returned to us will be exchanged or refunded.

If a garment is returned for exchange by post, payment for the further P&P charges may be necessary - unless the item is damaged.

IMPORTANT - if you return goods, please get a Proof of Posting Certificate or send by Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

Prices are shown in pounds (£) sterling and are inclusive of (UK) VAT at 17.5%
